Upcoming Pricing Plans Update

Since its launch in April 2021, FireBox has grown significantly, introducing powerful features while maintaining an affordable price. This February, we’re making our first pricing update to reflect this added value and prepare for future advancements. Here’s what’s changing:

New Plan Names and Structure

Currently, our plans—Personal, Professional, and Agency—differ only by the number of site licenses. As we introduce advanced premium features, we’re renaming the plans to better reflect their offerings. Here's how the plans will be renamed in February 2025.

Why this change? Moving forward, not all new features will be available across all paid plans. Premium functionalities in our roadmap, such as Conditional Logic for Fields and Blocks, Payment Forms with PayPal and Stripe integrations, Field Calculations, A/B Test Campaigns, and Webhooks, will be offered only in specific plans. This new structure ensures you have the tools that best fit your needs.

Site License Adjustments

We’re also updating the number of site licenses included in each plan to better align with the needs of our users and the value each plan provides. Here’s what’s changing February 2025:

For those requiring additional licenses beyond the included 10 in the Growth plan, we are introducing options to extend the plan with 30 or 50 site licenses. This ensures that users with larger projects or multiple clients still have the flexibility to scale up as needed.

Note for existing subscriptions: Your subscription will remain unchanged if you are on the Growth (previously known as Agency) plan with unlimited licenses. This means you will retain unlimited licenses for as long as your subscription remains active. This ensures our current users continue enjoying the benefits they signed up for without disruption.

Updated Plan Rates

We're also updating our plan rates to continue delivering high-quality updates, premium support, and innovative features. Starting February 2025, the following changes will apply only to new subscriptions.

Important: If you currently have an active subscription, your existing rate will remain unchanged as long as your subscription remains active. This ensures our loyal customers continue to enjoy the pricing they initially signed up for.

Changes to Renewal Discounts

At FireBox, we’re proud to be among the few WordPress companies offering discounted renewal pricing. This policy reflects our commitment to rewarding customers who keep their subscriptions active, providing long-term savings and uninterrupted access to the tools you rely on.

Currently, we offer a 30% discount on subscription renewals. Starting February 2025, this discount will be adjusted to 20%. This change reflects the growing value FireBox provides through ongoing updates, cutting-edge features, and dedicated support while offering significant savings for loyal customers.

Important: If you have an active subscription, your current 30% renewal discount will not be affected. This adjustment applies only to new subscriptions and renewals purchased after February 2025.

Maintaining your subscription will lock in savings and ensure continued access to the best tools while supporting FireBox's future growth and innovation.

Introducing Lifetime Plans

For the first time, we’re offering lifetime plans—a one-time payment for continuous access without recurring fees. This option provides long-term value and always covers your website’s pop-up capabilities.

Lifetime plans are cost-effective, allowing you to pay once and use FireBox forever without worrying about future price changes or subscription renewals. They also provide peace of mind, ensuring uninterrupted access to premium features regardless of market adjustments. Additionally, lifetime plans give you full access to all the features included in your chosen plan tier with no restrictions, making them an excellent choice for users looking for long-term reliability and convenience.

• Basic Plan: €249.50
• Pro Plan: €349.50
• Growth Plan: €549.50
