Why does my campaign not appear after publishing it?

You may have published your campaign and expect it to appear on your website, but it’s not visible. This may be due to the following reasons:

• Clear your cache, both on your site and server-side cache (OPCache)
• You’ve set a Trigger Point that doesn’t trigger when you expect it to, please review the Trigger set in your campaign > Behavior > Trigger Point.
• You’ve set Behavior > Opening Behavior > Show Frequency
• You’ve set Behavior > Closing Behavior > “If the user closes the campaign”
• You’ve set Display Conditions
• You’re using Custom Javascript to trigger the campaign
• If you’re on WordPress.com, please clear your cache from your dashboard and try again.

All of these contribute to why your campaign fails to appear on your site.

Following the above should resolve the majority of reasons.

Note: Remember to clear both your site’s cache and server cache (OPCache) if you have any such plugins installed.
